Is this in the App Store or Google Play?

No, and it does not need to be. It installs from your browser, which means no download, no waiting, and updates arrive the moment we make them.

Does it work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes, and on a computer. The steps differ slightly, which is why they are listed separately above.

Are my card details stored on my phone?

No. Nothing that could be used to charge a card is kept on the device, and your balance is fetched fresh each time rather than remembered.

What if I lose my phone?

Removing the app removes nothing from your account. Sign in anywhere else and everything is there. Turning on a second step at sign-in is worth the minute it takes.
