IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CAMPAIGN MANAGERS:

By utilizing the GoodForUs suite to launch, manage, or facilitate a fundraising campaign, you agree to these terms. These protocols govern the use of SolutionsAe proprietary fintech logic, donor tracking, and automated fiscal reporting.

1. Role of the Platform

GoodForUs provides a unified suite of **Campaign Builders** (P2P, Crowdfunding, and Enterprise). SolutionsAe Inc. acts as the technology provider. Fundraisers are responsible for the accuracy of the mission descriptions and the lawful solicitation of donations within their respective jurisdictions.

2. Intellectual Property of Campaign Logic

The "GoodForUs" platform architecture—specifically the underlying algorithmic conversion logic, automated PDF receipting, and real-time synchronization protocols—is the exclusive intellectual property of **SolutionsAe Inc.** and developer **Cedric Savery**.

Users are granted a non-exclusive license to utilize these builders to raise funds.
Redistribution, modification, or reverse-engineering of the campaign modules is strictly prohibited.

3. Campaign Integrity & Responsibilities

As a Campaign Manager, you agree to:

Provide truthful information regarding the purpose of the funds being raised.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding charitable solicitation.
Ensure that any media (images/video) uploaded to the campaign module does not infringe on third-party copyrights.

4. Proprietary Financial Processing

Our Enterprise module utilizes proprietary contractual logic to secure donor commitments:

Automated Compliance: The platform generates automated PDF tax receipts based on user input. SolutionsAe Inc. is not responsible for the tax-exempt status of the organizations utilizing the tool.
Fintech Protocols: All transactions are governed by SolutionsAe secure gateway protocols to ensure donor data integrity.

5. Limitation of Liability

SolutionsAe Inc. shall not be held liable for the success or failure of any individual campaign launched through the suite. We do not guarantee specific donation amounts or conversion rates. Fundraisers assume all risks associated with their independent outreach efforts.

6. Governing Law & Corporate Location

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any legal action regarding these terms must be commenced in the courts of Atlanta, Georgia.
